A few sites that may be useful, but may not have as much information as the paid sites are:
FindPeopleSearch.com

pipl.com

TruePeopleSearch.com

https://www.melissa.com/lookups/

You need a spoof card account to do this.

https://www.spoofcard.com/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIypGHmKC04QIVAonICh31egl-EAAYASAAEgLqBvD_BwE

Spoof the defendants number and call all the local Pizza joints, they may have your the account info automatically pop up when you call :-) they do when I call !

Then verify your address :-)

You can also call local Pharmacy’s and ask if you have a prescription to pick up, they will ask you for your info :-) then Verify your info is correct, also check on your prescriptions and ask your doctors name, be creative and have fun.
———————————————————-
Businesses easy to fake out that have people’s personal Info, and will give it to you, but you have to act like you are the fugitive.

Pharmacies
(CVS, Walmart,Walgreens etc.)

Auto Parts Stores
(Autozone,Advanced,O’Reilys etc.)

Pizza joints
When I call Marco’s pizza, they answer the phone “Hello Mr. Anders” they have my address sitting in front of them, so if you spoof call Marco’s with my number, then they will call you Mr. Anders, now you verify the address , they give it to you :-)

These two ideas work with most places that have discount cards, value accounts, delivery and so on.
———————————————————-
This can be altered and used in other ways, be creative.

Skip Tracer: Telephones the consumer and says, "Hello, this is Bob Duncan with your electric company. I am calling because your account is 2 months past due and your electricity is scheduled for cutoff on Tuesday."
Consumer: "I shouldn't be past due. I made a payment last month and another payment this month."

Skip Tracer: "How did you make these payments? Did you mail in a check or money order, or did you make a payment directly at one of our payment centers?"
Consumer: "I mailed in a check for both payments."
Skip Tracer: "I will try to locate these two payments and get them credited to your account right now. What bank were the checks drawn on?
Consumer: "Second National Bank"
Skip Tracer: "What is the account number?"
Consumer: "Let me look, Ok, the account number is 8675309"
Skip Tracer: "I have located your payments and credited them to your account. The two payments were misapplied, and I have corrected the problem. You are not showing as past due at this time. I apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your time."
Prior to GLB most asset searches started with a phone call similar to the above script. Post GLB this phone call would clearly be illegal as the skip tracer is misrepresenting their true identity and purpose.

Talk to the mailman and neighbors
Ask all the questions you can.

What car did they drive?
Where did they move (sometimes this works, especially if your nice).
Who was their favorite neighbor?
Did they use a moving service ? (Then spoof the moving service, mail me a copy to f the contract to blah blah) it will have the new address on it.

Think about all the questions before you go, be creative have fun with it, don’t act like a bounty hunter, act like a friend of the target, DO NOT WEAR ALL YOUR GEAR when collecting info, unless you do not want any info.

Put Your Caller on Hold

You would be surprised how much information people reveal when they are on hold, or when they think they are on hold. Instead of putting the caller on hold, put them on mute. Tell them you have to check something with your supervisor, and mute the call for two minutes. People will often tip their hand and divulge critical information while they think you have them on hold.
Consequently, be careful of what information you divulge while someone puts you on hold. Hit your mute button just to be sure no one is listening.

Unblock blocked calls while they are calling you.

https://www.trapcall.com/
———————————————————--
Listen to their voicemail without their phone registering a call , to verify ownership with revealing who you are or your phone number.

The service works by simply dialing 267-SLYDIAL or 267-759-3425 and entering the U.S. phone number of the person you want the service to dial.

If you know your subject recently moved:

Mail an empty envelope with the subject's address and your return address. On the envelope print, "DO NOT FORWARD. ADDRESS CORRECTION REQUESTED." After a week, you will receive the letter back to your return address with a sticker showing the forwarding address your subject filed with the post office. Note: This only works if your skip filed a change of address with the post office within the last year.

Idea
(This one is fun)

You are interviewing your skip's mother and she claims to have not spoke to her son in years. Ask her if she has spoke to him since the baby. Mom is either going to ask a million questions about the baby, or she is going to deny that he had a baby. Either way you have found out the truth about her talking to skip. You can also make the same play by asking about skip's DUI last month.

Apps you can hunt on.

Letgo app
Craigslist
Facebook marketplace
Tinder

With these services you can get lucky, many people have been arrested by us searching these apps.

Letgo : look at the zip code they may be in, search for them by the photo used on the accounts, you literally look at each item while looking for a face you know, or a username that may have their partial name and maybe partial DOB or SSN , like Linda1281 and your looking for Linda Skippy DOB 10/12/1981.

Craigslist: search the area with partial phone numbers (if you have a good number) partial name, tinder name, facebook name, nick name , email name and other names you may know .

Facebook Marketplace:
Same as Craig’s list and others, however sometimes we have found thing a Defendant is trying to sell on Tinder listed on Facebook, so this is a good time for you to go purchase something :-)

Tinder:
Use a fake account you create, search for the face you need, Try to “Hook up” use others if your nervous or scared to be fake in the phone, always use a an internet phone, not you personal cell phone number.

  • Acquaintances. Any one of the friends, relatives, business associates, or neighbors may know the exact whereabouts of an individual. Though it can be difficult to extract information from this group, it can also lead you directly to the target without engaging in any additional skip tracing activities.
  • Caller ID. Send a mailing to all addresses at which the individual may live, stating that you need to contact the person, and leaving a phone number. If the person ever calls the number out of curiosity, your caller ID can capture the phone number, which can then be input into www.411.com as a reverse phone search to reveal the current address of the person.
  • Criminal search. A criminal search may reveal that the individual is incarcerated or on parole. www.Vinelink.com
  • Directory assistance. Even if a phone line has been disconnected, contact directory assistance and ask for any phone numbers for other listings in the area that have the same last name.
  • Fraternal organizations. If the person is a long-standing member of a fraternal organization, he or she may not be willing to sever the relationship, and so will continue to provide updated contact information to the organization.
  • Postal service change of address. Mail an empty envelope to the last known address of the target, with the following stamp on the outside: Do Not Forward – Address Correction Requested. The postal service will eventually return the envelope with a label on the outside that lists the forwarding address of the target. Of course, this approach only works if the individual supplied the postal service with a forwarding address.
  • Professional licenses. If the person is certified by a state organization, the certifying agency should have contact information, assuming that the person has an interest in continuing to use his or her certification.
  • Reverse telephone directories. Enter a phone number in these directories and they return the address to which the phone number is linked. These directories do not provide information for unlisted numbers. An example of a reverse directory is www.411.com.
  • Search engine. Enter the name of the individual in a search engine, using quotes, and see if information about the person appears. General searches of this nature tend to contain relatively older information, so if the person has just skipped town, it is less likely that you will obtain useful information.
  • Telephone listing. Both online and printed telephone directories may contain phone and address information, though this information is more likely to be available just for landlines.
  • Third party trace. If the individual has lived with another person at some point in the recent past, conduct a trace on the other person. You may find that the target has moved back in with the third party.
  • Vehicle registrations. Registration information for vehicles and boats can be used to find the address of the owner, though the address information may be somewhat outdated, depending on how frequently the records are updated.
  • Voter registrations. The local city government maintains a list of registered voters, stating names, addresses, and birth dates. It may be necessary to access this information in person.

Search sites that are not free.
These you do not need a business license to sign up.

BeenVerified.com: Unlimited reports; $22.86 /month, $14.86 / month for three months or $9.83 / month for six months. Here’s a link to a review, with which I agree.

Spokeo.com: 100 reports per month; $13.95 / month, $7.95 / for three months or $4.95 / month for six months. I personally think Spokeo is better than this review suggests.

WhitePages.com: 20 reports / month for $4.99 / month, 200 reports / month for $19.99, or 500 reports per month for $69.99
